Samhain

Ballpoint pen and markers. Every year on Oct 31, the veil between this and the spirit world is at it's thinnest. It's the perfect time of year to honor your ancestors. The last Halloween treat I drew was so sweet it made my teeth hurt. This one is definitely more my cup of tea! The word Samhain comes from the Gaelic word "Samhuin" which means the end of the summer season. It's my favorite time of year, well it was until I moved to the southwest. I gotta get out of here and go where the real Autumns are...
